hi

if only it were laptop mouse friendly. i like the grenade effect.

fuuuuck yeah

that was really a good game. it had the best pace and it had satisfying longevity. it was kinda hard, but not unbearably difficult. my only beef was the superfluousness of your texts.... some of those diaries were 20+ pages. WHY?! but that didn't detract from
the experience or make it worse...it was just... i mean if you wanna write a novel, try and get a book published; don't put it all in your flash. at least they were optional reads...

great gritty feel to the game. lots of blood. it had the whole silent hill rusty look to parts of it, but it still felt a lot more...evil(?) than silent hill with perdition seemingly taking over the story, not so much as the occult.

and it was kinda scary too. you got your ominous figures at the ends of hallways. kinda made me dread entering certain rooms. also, that oncoming exmortis storm. awesome. made me rush...blindly clicking the surroundings. good stuff.

cool damn game.

Thanks for the kudos! :) Explanation for the excessive textual information - too much story to tell, not enough space to tell it! I agree, I went overboard, but the story junkies out there will hopefully enjoy all the sub-plots these texts will bring to an otherwise 1-dimensional story (which has been done on Buffy/Angel a few hundred times in one form or another!)

Cheers for the review! :)

too short

pretty cool game. it's got the whole clicking around a room idea like many other games but with better presentation and cool concept. kinda taking up on an underappreciated console game concept..the whole psycho-powers and sheeit.

hah

hahaha you showed babies getting scalped/slaughtered

cool

i dig the graphics.
but game's a lil hard don't you think?
though i guess that's what made it fun...
i liked the physics. since when do spaceships crash like that?
novel idea. good stuff

oye!

i realize fighting and action are kinda secondary here but...to make it a more playable art game, the little fucker needs to be faster and needs manual fighting moves...not just inactively drudging along your artsy backdrops. not fun.

the sounds were good and the drawings were good. it's a shame the main character didn't fit and looked lazily realized

hard as sheeit

fuck your game! where're the continues???
i thought it was a simple satisfying experience. then i got to mission 2 and died fast as fuck!
SHIT!

i thought the lack of sfx was in good taste

geez

hahaha...strange concept for a game. it was cool as shit at first. then it became hard to manage your crew of slaves. then it seemed like an interminable struggle to manage 'em....then it seemed like my glory pts didn't rise anymore....

my deal

cool at first. but it starts to feel neverending. what's the point? where were the bosses. the fighting wasn't fun enough to keep me going to find out.

the graphics were cool. the semi-3D feel was kinda nice. getting behinds or beside certain blocks was lame; couldn't see around 'em.

the songs were atmospheric enough, but...the sfx were a joke. sword slashes would sound whenever...spazmatically and at random.

and in the fighting, the character needs to be able to turn around faster. he's just stupid standing there hacking the wrong way without being able to spin stances. whatever.
pretty cool game
